Returns-Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

Merchandise returned after 45 days will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $9.95, charged to the original credit card.

How to Return/Exchange

· If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available.

· Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.

· The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.

· Pack the merchandise securely in the original package if possible and include a copy of the original invoice.  For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. Tags and liners MUST be attached. Note: Items returned/exchanged will be inspected. If the items fail inspection, they will be returned to the customer at their own expense.  While trying on our swimsuit, do not remove the protective panty liner and/or tags! Removal of the protective panty liner will void any chance of getting credit for a return.

· To ensure proper processing of returns, all return cartons MUST BE MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE ORDER#.

· All packages must be prepaid and insured to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted. Preferably send packages via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for failed deliveries in our warehouse from United States Postal Service.

· Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until we receive it. Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit is the responsibility of the customer.

· Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed (exchange total less than the return total). Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment to the original billed person.

· “Returns process" takes up to 30 business days from the date of our receipt. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.

· All exchanges will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested (additional fees will apply).

· All Exchanges are subject to availability and a $9.95 shipping and handling fee for ground shipping will be charged to the original credit card. Express shipping will be an additional charge depending on your location.  Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clearance sales are final sale.  No CASH refunds will be issued. We will exchange the size or style ONLY IF THE REPLACEMENT MERCHANDISE IS IN STOCK.  If a clearance items are returned for refund, they will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $9.95 charged to the original credit card.

All sale items are eligible for refund in the form the payment was made, unless otherwise specified.
